Ceremony
The ceremony will be a quiet moment shared only with immediate family.
The Hike at Carver’s GapWe’ll start by walking up Roan Mountain via the Appalachian Trail. The hike is moderate, taking about 45 minutes with 350 feet of elevation gain. It’s recommended that you bring a change of shoes.
The ceremony on the Appalachian trailOnce we reach the top of the Round Bald, we'll exchange vows in a quiet ceremony surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains with our closest family members.
Photos at the peakAfter the ceremony, we'll take a few photos to capture the moment and the view before heading back down the trail together.
